Itinerary
Day 1 – 14th December: Arrival – Nairobi – Amboseli
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by our airport representative for a short safari briefing and later leave for Amboseli. The journey is about 4 hours. You will arrive in time for lunch at your lodge.
15:30 – 18:30: Enjoy afternoon game drive. Amboseli lies at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Kilimanjaro (19,340 ft.) and very close to the Tanzania border. The snowcapped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro dominates every aspect of Amboseli. The snows of Kilimanjaro, white and crystalline, form a majestic backdrop to one of Kenya's most spectacular wildlife displays – lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, cheetah, buffalo and plains game, creating Kenya's most sought after photographer's paradise.

Day 2 – 15th December: Amboseli
07:00 – 16:00: Enjoy full day at Amboseli. Amboseli offers majestic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, weather permitting. Amboseli sits right at the foot of Africa’s highest standing mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. The park is home to big mammals including elephant, buffalo, impala, lion, cheetah, hyena, giraffes, zebra, and wildebeests among other African animals.

Day 3 – 16th December: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha
06:00: Breakfast. 07:00: Leave for Lake Naivasha. Lunch at your resort. At 15:00 enjoy boat ride at Lake Naivasha coming close to hippos and lots of birdlife on your way to Crescent Island where you will enjoy walking among wild animals including gazelles, impalas, wildebeests, dik-diks, jackals, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and waterbucks as well as observing various bird species such as pelicans and cormorants. Return to resort for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 – 17th December: Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru
After breakfast leave for Lake Nakuru to arrive in time for lunch. 15:30 – 18:30: Enjoy game drive at Lake Nakuru. The park is famous for abundant birdlife. It offers a great chance to see small groups of greater & lesser flamingoes, pelicans around the shores of the lake alongside abundant mammals including endangered Rothschild giraffe, black & white rhino, buffaloes, waterbuck, elands, zebras among other species.

Day 5 – 18th December: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara
After breakfast leave for Maasai Mara to arrive in time for lunch at your camp. 15:30 – 18:30: Enjoy game drive at Maasai Mara reserve known for its big skies, open savannahs as featured in the film "Out of Africa". The reserve boasts the 'big five' (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion & leopard) plus plenty of plains wild animals and abundant birdlife. It is also the shooting site for BBC Big Cat Diary every year.

Day 6 – 19th December: Maasai Mara Full Day
06:30: Breakfast. 07:00 – 16:00: Enjoy full day game watching with picnic lunch boxes. Maasai Mara offers an abundance of herbivores, making it an ideal hunting ground for Kenya's famous ‘big cats’ and hosts her largest population of lions. Historically teeming with wildlife, the Mara is famous for large herds of elephant and buffalo that wander its plains.

Day 7 – 20th December: Maasai Mara Full Day

Day 8 – 21st December: Maasai Mara – Nairobi
