Greetings from China! My name is Zhou, and we are planning a 7-day / 6-night mid-range safari in Kenya for 2 adults, arriving at JKIA on 16 February 2026 and departing from JKIA on 23 February 2026 (exact flight times to be confirmed).

Proposed Itinerary & Accommodation Preferences:


Amboseli: 2 nights


Preferred: Ol Tukai Lodge



Backup: Satao Elerai Camp




Lake Naivasha: 1 night


Preferred: Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge




Masai Mara: 3 nights


Preferred: Sarova Mara Game Camp



Backups: Ashnil Mara Camp or Elewana Sand River Camp



Key Requirements & Notes:


Routing Flexibility:


We are flexible on the sequence of destinations.



Prefer flights between Masai Mara and Amboseli to optimize travel time. If flights are unavailable, we may reduce Amboseli to 1 night and add 1 night in Nairobi.



Reserve-Based Lodging: We prefer accommodations located within wildlife reserves 



Hygiene Standards: Properties must maintain proven high hygiene standards.




Vehicle:


Exclusive use of a 4x4 Land Cruiser with pop-up roof and experienced driver-guide.




Luxury Upgrade:


Request 1 night in a luxury lodge (e.g., Elewana Sand River in Mara or similar tier in Amboseli).




Critical Conditions:


Accommodation must be confirmed before finalizing the itinerary. If preferred lodges are unavailable, alternatives must be of equivalent mid-range/luxury standard.



Post-payment: Provide official hotel vouchers immediately after payment.



No changes upon arrival: We do not accept any hotel substitutions after arriving in Kenya.



Requested Deliverables:


A detailed itinerary with included services (meals, activities, transfers).



Total price per person (including all taxes, park fees, and domestic flights if applicable).



Breakdown of inclusions/exclusions.
