Today depart for full day game watching in Samburu National Reserve. In Samburu vegetation is limited to a narrow stretch of doum palms, tamarind and some woodland bordering the Ewaso Ng'iro River. Rare wildlife includes Grevy's zebra, Beisa Oryx, reticulated giraffe and the long-necked gerenuk. Crocodiles and hippos dwell in the river, and birdlife flourishes with large flocks of guinea fowl. Leopards are occasionally seen.
