I hope this message finds you well. I??m Lin, and I??m requesting a detailed customized safari proposal for our group (6 people: 4 adults, one 4-year-old child, one 9-year-old child; 2 rooms total) from September 5th to 12th, 2026. We will arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on the morning of September 5th.







Core Requirements

1. Transportation

Arrange a relatively new, well-maintained 4x4 Land Cruiser with: pop-up roof, individual window seats, air conditioning, USB ports, a refrigerated drinks compartment, and a driver familiar with wildlife and photography routes.??Please advise if child safety seats are available for the two children in the vehicle.??

2. Professional Guide

The guide should have at least 5 years of field experience in the Masai Mara ecosystem, fluent English, and proficiency in wildlife tracking, photography spot selection, and ecosystem interpretation.

3. Accommodations

Some stays will be self-booked (clearly marked later). For the ones you arrange:

We have preferred lodges in priority order; offer alternatives that meet our requirements if first choices are fully booked.

Masai Mara: Cost-effective lodges in prime locations (minimize driving time, convenient for wildebeest river crossings and animal sightings).

Amboseli: Rooms with unobstructed views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

All arranged stays: full-board basis with reasonable cost performance.
