I am writing to inquire about the itinerary and quotation for a trip to Kenya for a group of six people. Our proposed travel dates are from October 2nd to October 11th, 2025. We would like to spend the first part of our trip, from October 2nd to October 6th, on a Safari, Below is a rough outline of our planned itinerary:
October 2nd: Depart from China and arrive in Nairobi. Then travel from Nairobi to the Masai Mara.
October 3rd: Explore the Masai Mara.
October 4th: Travel from the Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha (approx. 5 hours).
October 5th: Travel from Lake Naivasha to Amboseli (approx. 7 hours).
October 6th: Travel from Amboseli to Nairobi (approx. 5 hours), and then fly from Nairobi to Zanzibar or other beaches.
For the Safari part of our trip, we would like to stay at the following hotels:
Lake Naivasa Sopa Resort
Amboseli Sopa Lodge
We would greatly appreciate it if you could help refine our itinerary, taking into account the best attractions, activities, and travel times for each location. Additionally, we would like to request a detailed quotation that includes all costs such as transportation, accommodation, meals, entrance fees to national parks and other attractions, and any other relevant expenses.

Hello, regarding the quotation and itinerary arrangement, I have several points to provide feedback on and discuss with you:
1.We will arrive in Nairobi at around 4 pm on the first day, so we do not need hotel lunch. We need to change the itinerary and the related fees.
2.We need to confirm the proportion of deposit payment and the payment method for the balance.
3.After comparing with other companies, I prefer your quote, but can you offer a discount on the price?

I'm very sorry for the late reply due to work reasons some time ago. After discussing with my companions today, we have decided to start the safaris from October 3rd to 8th. The related hotels and itinerary arrangements will still follow the original plan. However, could you please offer a discount on the price? We have inquired about prices with other travel agencies before, and Explorer Travel Agency quoted USD 1385. But because my friend recommended you, we would prefer to book with you.
