Accommodation Preferences:
Inside or close to park gates to reduce transfer times.
All-inclusive (3 meals/day) lodges preferred.

Transportation Needs:

Per our booking correspondence, we clearly stated that hotel changes would not be accepted. You confirmed this, and we paid the deposit over a month ago. Since then, we have repeatedly followed up on the Amboseli hotel status. Given this timeline, the current waitlist situation is the responsibility of Africa Celebrity Tours Ltd.
To resolve this without further delay, we will accept one of the following:
Upgrade to Amboseli Serena on Oct 3 at an additional USD 20 per person; or
Keep the original plan and secure Ol Tukai for Oct 3–4 as booked.
Please confirm in 2 days which option you will execute and send the revised confirmation/voucher immediately. If neither option is confirmed, we will hold Africa Celebrity Tours Ltd liable for any resulting costs or disruptions.
