I hope this message finds you well. My name is Min, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 4 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife,and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in February 2026. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.
Group Size: 4 people
Itinerary:
2 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.
1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.
1 night in Amboseli National Park.
Accommodations:
Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.
In Masai Mara, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.
In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.
Transportation:
A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions. Provide airport transfer service.
Guide:
Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals.
Special Requests:
We wish for at least one full days of safari activities in Masai Mara. .Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.
We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a4-person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.

Additionally, after the safari ends on Day 5, we are considering heading to the coast in Mombasa for a beach stay. Would it be possible for you to assist with booking train tickets and hotel accommodations in Mombasa as well?

Although you mentioned that the night in Nairobi was removed, the document still shows the stay for the 21st. Consequently, the total invoice amount is exactly the same as before.

Thank you for the revised itinerary. The dates look correct now.
However, there is an error in the final calculation. As we discussed in our previous emails, the refund for cancelling the hotel on the 21st was agreed at $70 USD per person.
For a group of 4, the total price should be reduced by $280 USD ($70 x 4). However, the current invoice is only $180 USD less than the previous quote.
Could you please correct the total amount and send the final invoice?
