Hope this message finds you well. My name is Mika, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 2-4 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below I have outlined our travel information and requirements for the trip. We would appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.



1. Group size:

We are a group of 2-4 people



2. Flights

-Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Sep. 25th 1st at 14:30

-Departure: Nairobi??s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in the afternoon on Oct. 5th (should be decided afterwards)



3. itinerary

The trip is from morning on 9/26 to afternoon on 10/2, including night stay as below:

2 nights in Amboseli National Park (9/26, 9/27)

1 night in Lake Nakuru/Naivasha National Park (9/28)

3 nights in Masai Mara National Park (9/29, 9/30, 10/1)



The order of the nights can be changed if needed.



4. Accommodations:

We want to stay inside parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time, and the Luxury or mid-range lodge/camps are preferred. We will decide depending on the price.

In Amboseli, we seek accommodation with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

We prefer accommodation that is all-inclusive with 3 meals a day. Additionally, we prefer hot food for breakfast and dinner.



5. Transportation:

A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions



6. Guide:

Please provide us with a guide who has rich experiences in Kenya safaris and is good at English. We want to have someone who can quickly locate animals and introduce the animals to us. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.



7. Special Requests:

We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara.

We wish we could have a one-day biking & hiking tour in Hells Gate NP.

We don't plan to visit Masai villages.

Due to time limitations, we don't plan to visit any places in Nairobi.

We have 1 night stay in Nairobi. Could you arrange accommodation for us? (night stay 9/25)

We still would like to visit Dinia Beach to relax after safari (night stay 10/2, 10/3), if you can also help to arrange the accommodation, it will be great. But it is not a big deal for us.
