We are inquiring a private safari to Kenya for our holidays in July or August. We believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience.
There are some of our requirements below. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

??Group Size
Now we only have 3 people??a family????including two adults and a child??14 years old??.

??Itinerary
We'd like to go Kenya for a 7(or 6)-night safari. 1 day in Lake Nakuru, 1day in Lake Naivasha, 2 to 3 days in Masai Mara NR and 2days for the Amboseli NP. Our trip may start and finish in Nairobi.

??Accommodations
We prefer mid-range to luxury hotels/lodges/tented camps which are neat and clean. Hot water and free Wifi provided. And if it is possible, we just need 1room for 3 people. Staying within parks to minimize travel time is also preferred.

We would like the accommodation to be exactly and equivalent to the following if possible:
Amboseli NP: Ol Tukai Lodge
Lake Nakuru: Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge
Lake Naivasha: Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort
Masai Mara NR: Sarova Mara Game Camp

??Inclusions
1.All the fees of 3 meals and bottled drinking water per day, park entrance, activities, accommodation, transportation, taxes.
2.A professional and experienced guide/driver who would like to introduce about the animals, look for them and keep our safety. He should also be good at English. We will be pleased to offer the tips if we are satisfied with our tour guide.
3.4??4 Jeep(land cruiser) vehicle throughout the safari trip.
4.Pick-up and drop-off service from hotel or airport.

Remarks??Please list the specific cost of each part, including accommodation, national parks entrance fees, transportation etc.

At last, if my plan contains some problems, I hope you could make some change to make it proper. I am look forward to seeing your detailed plan and the price you offer.
