I am planning an 8-day, 7-night private safari tour in Kenya from April 26 to May 4, 2026, and we would like to request a full package quotation with the following requirements:




1.Trip Requirements:

Private tour for 4 people

Transportation by 4x4 Jeep throughout the trip

Airport pick-up service included

Professional English-speaking driver/guide

All national park entrance fees included

Daily bottled drinking water provided in the vehicle

Full-board meals included (breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day)

All accommodations must be as per our preferred hotels listed below

 

2.Preferred Hotels:

We would like the accommodations to be exactly to the following.

Ol Tukai Lodge for 2 days from April 26 to April 28

Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for 1 day from April 28 to April 29

Lake Nakuru Lodge for 1 day from April 29 to April 30

Mara Serena Safari Lodge for 3 days from April 30 to May 3

 

 

3.Requested ltinerary:

 Please follow the route and schedule below (based on the attached itinerary, but with our preferred hotels):

Day 1 (April 26): Nairobi → Amboseli, afternoon game drive

> Hotel: Ol Tukai Lodge

 

Day 2 (April 27): Full-day game drive in Amboseli

> Hotel: Ol Tukai Lodge

 

Day 3 (April 28): Amboseli ->Naivasha, optional boat ride

>Hotel: Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge

 

Day4 (April 29): Naivasha > Nakuru, afternoon game drive

>Hotel: Lake Nakuru Lodge

 

Day 5 (April 30): Nakuru -> Masai Mara, afternoon game drive

>Hotel: Mara Serena Safari Lodge

 

Day 6 (May 1): Full-day game drive in Masai Mara

>Hotel: Mara Serena Safari Lodge

 

Day 7(May 2): Full-day game drive in Masai Mara

>Hotel: Mara Serena Safari Lodge

 

Day 8 (May 3): Masai Mara ->Nairobi

>No accommodation needed

 

4. Please Confirm the Following:

Is it ok to obtain the quote for 2026 April now?

Can all requested hotels be booked as listed? If not, please provide equal-level alternatives.
