Safari Tour in Kenya

I hope this email finds you well. This is Ingrid writing to inquire about a=
safari tour in Kenya. I have outlined our basic information and requiremen=
ts for the trip.

Time:

6-7 days on Safaris, in the middle of June. ( will book the air tickets onc=
e I have better ideas after hearing back from you.

Arrival city: Nairobi.

Flexible 2 or 3 days

Itinerary:

Pick up us in the hotel of Nairobi
*
1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.
*
3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve
*
2 nights in Amboseli National Park
*
Have a chance to see Rift Vally is possible

Accommodations:

Staying within parks to minimize travel time is preferred
*
Prefer accommodations are all inclusive with 3 meals a day
*
Luxury or mid-range lodge/ tented camp would be better.
*
Example of accommodations:

Lake Nakuru Sopa lodge

Sarova woodland hotel and spa

Mara Simba lodge
*

Transportation:

A land Cruiser for safari excursions

Thank you for the information you provided. However, we made some changes on our plan, please give us a quote based on the followings:

We prefer flying to Masai Mara from Nairobi

Pick us up in Nairobi airport, and transfer to Crown Plaza for the overnight stay

Pick us up in Crown Plaza to the airport flying to Masai Mara
*
Fly back to Nairobi from Amboseli

The accommodations:

Keekorork lodge in Masai Mara
*
Sarova Loin Hill Game Lodge in Nakuru
*
Ol Tukai Lodge in Amboseli (same as in your plan)

Vehicle

Please provide the detailed information about the safari vehicle, such as brand, age (approximately, not too old)

We tend to arrive Nairobi at June 15, 2025, will arrange the air tickets as soon as we get agreement with you. Please provide the price as best as you can , so we can move to next steps. Thank you!

Airports transfers wherever needed ( please make them in details in your proposal)

More information of the 4x4 Land cruiser, such as brand, age

Hi Muli,

Received your updated literary, appreciate what you have done. We'd like to back to the literary without the stay in Nairobi at the end of trip and no Masai culture village for now ( I believe I still can make the change later).

I'd like to discuss with you about the price. I think we choose to have two flights instead of Land cruiser driving 5 or 6 hours, it saves some cost on your company. I think $2900 is the fair price. If your company agrees to it, we can move to next steps.

Two more things I'd like to remind you:

There is no picture of the Land cruiser even you mentioned you attached one.
Please add a activity for the drive to have a stop over on the journey, so we can see the Great Rift Vally. Thanks
