I am writing to request a customized safari proposal for a group of 2 travelers from China, scheduled for mid-August, the optimal total journey should be 12-14 days. We are looking for a premium experience focusing on wildlife and photography.




Below are our specific requirements:




1. Travel Dates

- Our time schedule is flexible from July to August, We really wanna see the wildebeest migration at the Masai Mara. So is mid-August the best time? If not,Please give us appropriate time suggestions.

- The entire journey should be 12-14 days.




2. Proposed Itinerary & Accommodation

Neat and clean, hot water provided.

We prefer lodges located within the parks to minimize transit time. 

All accommodations should be on a Full Board basis (3 meals a day).

Besides the hotels mentioned in my table, please provide us with some alternative options.

3. Transportation & Guide

- Vehicle: A 4x4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof for optimal game viewing.

- Guide: We require a highly experienced guide capable of tracking predators and sharing in-depth knowledge. We are prepared to offer generous tips for exceptional service.




4. Special Requests

- Masai Mara: Must include at least two full days of game drives.

- Activities: We are interested in a Night Game Drive or an Early Morning Game Drive.

- Stargazing: We hope to have opportunities to observe the night sky/Milky Way.

- Route: Include the Great Rift Valley viewpoint.

- Exclusion: We do not wish to visit Maasai cultural villages.




Quotation Request

Please provide a detailed itinerary and a quote for both a 2-person and a 4-person group. 

The total budget for the journey should be controlled between $6500-$7500.
