I hope this email finds you well.I'm planning a 6-day/5-night Kenya safari trip in February 2026 (tentative dates: February 18 to February 23, 2026) with one companion (total 2 travelers) We are open to joining a 4-person group if you have other travelers with the same itinerary, and we kindly request you to provide both 2-person private tour and 4-person group tour prices for comparison.

 

1. Traveler Information

- Number of travelers: 2 adults (open to joining 2 more people to form a 4-person group)

- Arrival flight: [KQ887], arrives at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) on February X, 2026 at 06:05am.

- Departure flight: [KQ886], departs from NBO on February 23, 2026 at [11:59pm]

 

2.Preferred Itinerary

We're interested in the classic Amboseli-Naivasha-Nakuru-Masai Mara route, which we understand is perfect for February (the calving season with abundant wildlife activity). Here's our desired daily schedule:

- Day 1: Nairobi → Amboseli (afternoon safari + Observation Hill visit)

- Day 2: Amboseli (FULL-DAY safari including sunrise, swamp area exploration)

- Day 3: Amboseli (early morning safari) → Naivasha (Lake Naivasha boat safari) → Nakuru (sunset safari)

- Day 4: Nakuru (early morning safari focusing on rhinos and flamingos) → Masai Mara (afternoon safari)

- Day 5: Masai Mara (FULL-DAY safari with optional hot air balloon ride)

- Day 6: Masai Mara (early morning safari) → Nairobi (drop-off at airport)

 

3.Accommodation Preferences

- We're looking for comfortable, mid-range to upscale lodges/camps within or near the national parks:

- Amboseli: Amboseli Ol Tukai Lodge;Amboseli Sopa Lodge; Olaloi Mara Camp(or similar 5-star lodge inside the park with Kilimanjaro views)

- Nakuru: Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge; Ziwa Bush(or similar 5-star lodge with lake views inside the park)

- Masai Mara: Masai Mara Sopa Lodge; Serova Mara Game Camp(or similar 4-star camp inside the reserve)

 

4. Services Required

Please include the following in your quote:

- For 2-person private tour: Dedicated 4x4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof (for photography) and experienced English-speaking driver/guide

- For 4-person group tour: Shared 4x4 safari vehicle with pop-up roof and experienced English-speaking driver/guide

- All park entrance fees and game drive permits (including Nakuru National Park)

- Accommodation with full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

- Airport transfers (arrival and departure)

- Bottled water and snacks during game drives

- Guide Specifications:Minimum 5 years’ field experience
