I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mia, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 4-6 people (adults). We are particularly impressed by your expertise in Kenya safaris and would like to request a detailed proposal for our itinerary from Sep 27th to Oct 4th, 2026 with the following requirements.


1. Trip Details
Group Size: 4-6 adults
Arrival: September 27,12:40 (Nairobi Airport)
Departure: October 4th (Dropped off at our hotel in Nairobi)


2. Trip Requirements: (Private tour for 4-6 people)

Transportation by 4x4 Land Cruiser throughout the trip.
Airport pick-up and drop-off service included.
b. Guide Specifications:
Minimum of 5 years’field experience.
Professional English-speaking driver/guide.
Expertise in:
Wildlife tracking and behavioral prediction
Photography vantage point selection
Cultural storytelling about ecosystems
c. Accomodations:
Most preferred hotels are listed below, and we're open to your recommendations if you have better alternatives.Could you kindly offer some additional recommendations for highly-rated camps inside the Masai Mara National Park? We prefer luxury or mid-range hotels.
d. Others:
All national park entrance fees included
Daily bottled drinking water provided in the vehicle
Full-board meals included (breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day)


3. Itinerary:Below is our preliminary route and schedule (based on the attached itinerary). We welcome any better suggestions you may have:


Day 1 (Sep 27): Nairobi → Amboseli
Hotel: Ol Tukai Lodge/Kibo Safari Camp or equivalent
Day 2 (Sep 28): Full-day game drive in Amboseli
Hotel: Ol Tukai Lodge/Kibo Safari Camp or equivalent
Day 3 (Sep 29): Amboseli → Naivasha, Boat Safari + Crescent Island Visit
Hotel: Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge
Day 4 (Sep 30): Naivasha → Nakuru, afternoon game drive
Hotel: Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge or equivalent
Day 5 (Oct 1st): Nakuru → Masai Mara, afternoon village visit or game drive
Hotel: Ashnil Mara Camp or equivalent
Day 6 (Oct 2nd): Full-day game drive in Masai Mara
Hotel: Ashnil Mara Camp or equivalent
Day 7 (Oct 3rd): Full-day game drive in Masai Mara
Hotel: Ashnil Mara Camp or equivalent
Day 8 (Oct 4): Masai Mara → Nairobi
Hotel: Tribe Hotel (or if you have recommendations). After the safari ends, we will have a free day for personal activities before our return flight the next day.

4. Request Deliverables
