I am impressed by your professional expertise in Kenyan safaris and would like to entrust your company to customize an itinerary and provide a quotation for us.

I. Travelers & Dates


Number of travelers: 2 adults



Arrival: 06:10, September 19, 2026, at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), Flight EY769



Request: Airport pick-up service required


II. Itinerary

We prefer to minimize transit time while ensuring the quality of the safari experience. We request a 4x4 Land Cruiser throughout the trip with an experienced English-speaking driver-guide. Below is our proposed itinerary:


III. Core Requirements


Accommodation: Full Board (3 meals daily) throughout the trip. Please provide 2-3 accommodation options per location with corresponding prices. We do not accept vague descriptions such as "or similar." For Amboseli, we prefer lodges with views of Mt. Kilimanjaro; for Masai Mara, we prefer camps in central locations within the reserve.



Vehicle: 4x4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof, well-maintained, equipped with a long-range radio and a first-aid kit.



Guide: We require a senior guide with KPSGA (Kenya Professional Safari Guides Association) certification, experienced in tracking animals, with the same guide accompanying us throughout the entire trip.



Crescent Island Special Arrangement: On Day 6, we would like to arrange a Lake Naivasha boat safari + Crescent Island walking safari. Please confirm whether this is included in the quotation or advise the additional cost if not.



Hell's Gate Special Arrangement: On Day 7, we would like to arrange biking + gorge trekking inside Hell's Gate National Park. Please confirm whether this is included in the quotation or advise the additional cost if not.


IV. Items Requiring Your Confirmation


Licensing: Please provide your KATO (Kenya Association of Tour Operators) membership number and TRA (Tourism Regulatory Authority) license number. We would like to confirm that your company holds the proper legal operating credentials.



Price Breakdown: Please provide a detailed cost breakdown, including accommodation fees, park entry fees, vehicle and driver costs, internal flight (Amboseli–Masai Mara), airport pick-up service, daily drinking water, etc. Please clearly mark inclusions and exclusions.



Emergency Protocol: Does your safari package include AMREF Flying Doctors emergency evacuation insurance? If not, can you assist with arranging it?



Payment & Cancellation Policy: Please advise the deposit percentage, balance payment timeline (we prefer to pay the balance upon arrival), and the cancellation/modification policy.



Tipping Guidelines: Please advise the recommended tipping rate for the driver-guide.



Currency: Please quote in USD.
