My name is MEI , and together with my friend, we are planning a trip to Kenya at the end of August. We are a group of 2 people and are very excited to explore Kenya’s stunning landscapes and incredible wildlife. We believe your agency can offer us a perfect safari experience.

 

Below are our basic details and specific requirements. We would greatly appreciate your professional advice and a detailed quotation.

 

1. Group & Flight Information

· Group size: 2 persons (need 1 twin room)

· Arrival: August 29, 06:00 at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi

· Departure: September 5, 07:00 from the same airport

 

2. Itinerary (6 nights on safari + 1 night in Nairobi = 7 nights total)

We would prefer the following order (but feel free to suggest a more logical routing):

1. Amboseli National Park – 2 nights

2. Maasai Mara National Reserve – 2 nights

3. Lake Nakuru National Park – 1 night

4. Lake Naivasha – 1 night

 

Accommodation requirements:

· All accommodation should be full‑board (3 meals per day).

· We are looking for mid‑range lodges / camps. Please recommend specific properties and include photos or links to their official websites for our reference.

· For Maasai Mara, please let us know if any recommended hotel is more than a 30‑minute drive from the reserve.

 

3. Vehicle & Guide

· Game drive vehicle: 4x4 safari vehicle with a pop‑up roof.

· Guide requirements:

  · At least 5 years of safari guiding experience in Kenya.

  · Basic Chinese communication skills (simple conversation would be great, so we can better understand animal stories and behaviours).

  · Skilled in tracking wildlife and spotting special moments (e.g., predation).

 

4. Additional Services & Special Requests

· Airport transfers (both arrival and departure).

· We would like to include a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint along the way.

· We do not wish to visit a Maasai village.

 

5. What We Need from You

Please provide us with:

1. A detailed day‑by‑day itinerary (including activities and estimated driving times).

2. A total quotation for 2 people (1 twin room), with a breakdown of costs (accommodation, vehicle, guide, park fees, meals, etc.).

3. The names and photos/links of your recommended mid‑range hotels. If there are several options, please list them for comparison.

4. Professional suggestions on any improvements to our plan – for instance, if the pace is too rushed, if seasonal factors affect certain parks, etc.
