We really like the route and accommodation choices, especially the balan=

We are a married couple traveling together and are very interested in co=

At the moment, we are carefully comparing a few similar mid-range privat=
e safari offers for the same dates.

To be very transparent, our target budget is USD 2,000 per person (based=
on 2 people sharing), including park fees, transport, and accommodation as o=
utlined in your proposal.

We would be happy to confirm the booking immediately if you are able to a=
djust the price closer to this range.
If necessary, we are also open to small adjustments such as:


changing one night of accommodation to a similar mid-range option, or

all the lodges / camps quoted are very nice. Lake Naivasha resort is one of
the best lodges you will enjoy, they have many animals inside the lodge.

It’s a private safari as well.

Kindly note that we can achieve the 1,990.00 per person if we reduce a day
at masai mara, safari will be 7 days / 6 nights.

We can always tailor make packages to suite your budget / interests.

We fully understand the value of the itinerary and agree that Masai Mara=
is the highlight of the safari, so we would really prefer not to reduce the=
number of days there, even if it means keeping the safari at 8 days / 7 nig=
hts.

That said, our maximum comfortable budget remains around USD 2,000 per p=
erson.

If possible, would you kindly check whether we could keep the full 8-day=
itinerary but make a small adjustment to one night of accommodation (for ex=
ample, replacing one lodge with a similar mid-range option), in order to bri=
ng the total closer to USD 1,990=E2=80=932,000 per person?

We genuinely like your program and would be happy to confirm the booking=
promptly if we can reach this range without reducing the Masai Mara experie=
nce.

We will arrive in Nairobi on 15th February at 13:10 and depart on 22nd Febru=

y chance to join a shared safari / join-in group during this period, if avai=
lability allows? We were wondering if this could help reduce the overall cos=
t.
