Safari Inquiry

To Whom lt May Concern,

I hope this email finds you well. This is Hannah writing to inquire about acustomized safari tour in Kenya, Tanzania and Zanzibar from September 26th to October 7th. I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip. I would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

 

Group Size: Now we only have 2 people, but we would like to join a safari group of 4 people.

 

Flights:

??Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on September 26th at 6:50 am

??Departure: uncertain, we prefer an afternoon flight departing from Zanzibar Airport or Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on October 7th

 

ltinerary:

We'd like to go Lake Nakuru, Lake Elmentaita, Masai Mara National Reserve, Amboseli National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro for a 9-night safari. Then go to Zanzibar for 2 nights, to enjoy a sunset cruise on a boat, watch & swim with dolphins, and try snorkeling.

 

We prefer at least

??1 night in Amboseli National Park

??2 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve

??3 nights in Serengeti National Park

 

Accommodations:

??Staying within/near parks/reserve to minimize travel time is preferred.

??We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with 3 meals a day. We would be grateful if they could provide hot meals for lunch and dinner throughout the entire safari experience.

??Mid-range lodge/camps during safari and luxury hotels in Zanzibar would be better.

??We prefer twin room than double room.

??In Amboseli, we prefer accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

??In Masai Mara/ Serengeti, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.

Guide:

??Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals.

 

Other Requests:

??At least a full day of safari activities in Masai Mara and in Serengeti North.

??We hope to fly from Serengeti to Zanzibar in the afternoon without missing the sunset.

 

 

We would greatly appreciate a detailed itinerary with hotel recommendations, and a quotation for both a 2-person and a 4-person group. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
