I am planning an 7-day, 6-night private safari tour in Kenya from Sep.28 to Oct4.2026,and we would like to request a full package quotation with the following requirements:


1. Trip Requirements :
Private tour for 2 persons
Transportation by 4x4 Jeep throughout the trip
Airport pick - up service included (last day to Nairobi hotel)
Professional English - speaking driver / guide
All national park entrance fees included
Daily bottled drinking water provided in the vehicle
Full - board meals included ( breakfast , lunch , and dinner each day )
All accommodations must be as per our preferred hotels listed below or equivalent five - star lodges


2. Preferred Hotels :
We would like the accommodations to be exactly or equivalent to the following :
Ol Tukai Lodge
Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge
Sariva Mara Game Camp

Fairmont the Norfolk( or similar ) in Nairobi


3. Requested Itinerary :
Please follow the route and schedule below ( with our preferred hotels ):
Day 1( Sep 28): Nairobi airport → Amboseli (~4h drive ), afternoon game drive
→ Hotel : Ol Tukai Lodge or equivalent
Day 2( Sep 29): Full - day game drive in Amboseli
→ Hotel : Ol Tukai Lodge or equivalent
Day 3( Sep 30): Amboseli → Naivasha (~5h)
→ Hotel : Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge or equivalent
Day 4(Oct 1st): Naivasha boat and Crescent Island walking Safari(Real crescent island)
→ Hotel : Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge or equivalent
Day 5(Oct 2nd):Naivasha →Masai Mara (~4.5h), afternoon village visit or short game drive
→ Hotel : Sariva Mara Game Camp or equivalent
Day 6(Oct 3rd): Full - day game drive in Masai Mara
→ Hotel : Sarova Mara Camp or equivalent
Day 7( Oct 4 ): Masai Mara →> Nairobi (~5h),
→ Hotel : Fairmont the Norfolk or equivalent
Day 8( Oct 5): airport drop - off (can including nor not)


4. Please Confirm the Following :
Can all requested hotels be booked as listed ? If not please provide equal level alternatives


The quotation shall cover all including below( Transport, Entrance fee, Full - board meals,Accommodations)and others related expenses
