I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip for 6 person in Kenya. I have outlined our travel information and requirements for the trip.



??Flights??

-Arrival: Nairobi 's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on August 16th at 06:30

-Departure:

1.Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta Intemational Airport on August 24th at 15:40 (for 3 person);

2. Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta Intemational Airport on August 27th at 15:40 (for 3 person).




??Itinerary:

2 night in Samburu National Reserve.

1 night in Lake Naivasha National Park.

4 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.

1 night in Nairobi.

3 night in Diani Beach.(with only 3 of us)



??Accommodations:

-We want to stay inside parks / conservation areas to minimize travel time.

-We want to stay in Luxury or mid-range lodge/camps.

-We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with 3 meals a day.

-Diani Beach??Swahili Beach Resort.



We welcome other recommendations if you have or the names mentioned above is already full, as long as the location is good and is of mid-range to luxury that it is clean and offer good food??



??Transportation??

We want a Land Cruiser for our safari excursions (we would like to take a new car with well circumstance)



Please give us round trip tickets for 3 people from Nairobi to Mombasa Diani for August 24th from Nairobi NBO T1D at 12:05hrs, flight JM8714, arriving Ukunda UKA at 13:20hrs; and from Ukunda UKA at 10:20hrs, flight JM8713, arriving Nairobi NBO T1D at 11:35hrs.



??Guide:

Please provide us with a guide with rich experience in Kenyan safaris and good at English. We want to have someone who can quickly locate animals and introduce the animals to us. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences??



??Recap on Special Requests:

-Accommodation is better to be arranged in family rooms for3 people (please inform us in advance if 3 meals per day are included) .

-We do not accept temporary change of hotels .

-Provide a breakdown of the itinerary and prices, and the method of payment.

-We would love to experience night safari and early morning game drive.

-We want to go to Samburu first , and go to Masai Mara at the end.

-Horseback riding cruises is better to be arranged at Lake Naivasha.

-We don't plan to visit Maasai villages.

-Due to time limits, we don't plan to visit any place in Nairobi.



-On the afternoon of August 24th our group split into two groups, one group of 3 people returned and the other group of 3 people continued on to Diani, Mombasa. In addition to needing help booking airfare, we also needed to book hotels near Diani Beach, such as Eleven Pearl Boutique Hotel & Spa; Swahili Beach Resort room for 3 people at Swahili Beach Resort.



?? Group size :

We are group of 6 people (with a 12 years old teenager). Pleas notice that we will travel together for the first 8 nights and only 3 of us will continue travelling to Diani Beach.
