I hope this message finds you well. My name is Rita, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania for a group of 5-6 people from China. We are very excited about the possibilty of exploring stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in June. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.
Group Size: 4-6 people (min 4 people)
Flights:
• Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Sep 29th 2025 at 7:30 am.
• Departure: Nairobis Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on Oct 5th at 15:00 pm.
Itinerary:
Nairobi (3 days) +Tanzania (3 days)
Details as follow:
• Arrive in Nairobi in the early morning of September 29th;
Day1 • Travel from Nairobi to Maasai Mara on September 29th.
Visit Lake Elementaita/Nakuru and go horse - riding in the morning, head to Maasai Mara in the afternoon, and rest at a hotel outside the park in the evening;
Day 2 • Stay in Maasai Mara on September 30th. Go to the national reserve in the morning, visit the village or track animals or go hiking in the afternoon, and experience sundowner in the evening;
Day 3• Travel from Maasai Mara to North Serengeti on October 1st; on the way : search for animals and any large group of animals
Day 4 • Spend the whole day in Serengeti on October 2nd;
Day 5• Travel from Serengeti to Amboseli via Arusha on October 3rd. Take a plane to Arusha and then take a car to Amboseli in the morning, experience touching lions and feeding giraffes at Serval Wildlife in the afternoon, and head to Amboseli National Park to watch the sunset in the late afternoon;
Day 6• Take a safari vehicle to visit Amboseli National Park on October 4th, enjoy the African - style "Hundred - Beast Feast", and then go to Nairobi;
Day 7 • Return to China from Nairobi on October 5th.
Accommodations:
• Staying in some mid-range hotel and to minimize travel time is preferred.

-Night2:hotel-sunset totel 【can high range】
- Night3/night4/night5: have one night camp- comfortable / landscape view
Transportation:
• A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.
• Provide airport transfer service/ provide small flight from Serengeti to Arusha
Special need:
When we leave from Maasai Mara to Northern Serengeti. On the way, we hope to track the footprints of the Great Migration. Besides, we also look forward to exploring other wonderful places in Serengeti, such as witnessing the spectacular scenes of animals at the Mara River.
In addition, I particularly hope to have a responsible, experienced, and local - knowledgeable guide. He/She should have good Chinese communication skills, be able to provide professional explanations and thoughtful services during the trip to ensure a smooth and safe journey.
Finally,We hope your agency can provide a detailed quotation for this itinerary, including transportation (including the transfer from Nairobi to Tanzania and the internal transportation in Tanzania), accommodation, scenic - spot tickets, catering and guide services.

In Nairobi, from 8:30, drive for 6 hours to Masai Mara. At 18:00, enjoy Sundowners sunset champagne.
Day 2 • orning: From 6:00 - 8:30, conduct an Early Morning Safari in the Masai Mara National Reserve (to see the Big Five like lions, leopards, etc.). If not sighted, the Safari can be extended. • Afternoon: From 15:00 - 18:30, take a walking tour along the Mara River. or go to a local village
Day 3• eave Masai Mara at 6:30 and head to the northern Serengeti (about 6 - hour drive).
Day 4 • In the northern Serengeti - Chase the wildebeest migration, look for the Big Five, visit the River of the Sky, and go on a game drive.
Day 5• In Serengeti, from 7:00 - 9:00 take a flight. From 8:00 - 10:00 arrive in Arusha, then drive to Amboseli (about 3 - hour drive).
Arrange a small plane from Serengeti to Arusha. Drive to Serval Wildlife to experience touching lions, feeding giraffes, etc. Then be taken to Amboseli National Park.
Day 6• From Amboseli to Nairobi (about 4 - hour drive)
Morning: Take an off - road vehicle to conduct a Morning Safari in Amboseli National Park (from 6:00 - 12:00). First visit Mount Kilimanjaro, then see giraffes, elephants, etc. After lunch, depart for Nairobi / or take a walking tour along the Mara River.
Day 7 •eave Nairobi at 6:30, drive for 3.5 hours and arrive at Nakuru / Lake Elementaita (for horse - riding) at 9:30.
Morning: From 9:30 - 12:30, visit Nakuru / Lake Elementaita (for horse - riding)
Afternoon: Depart at 12:30 for a boat tour on Lake Naivasha. Stop by the East African Rift Valley for photos (2 - hour drive).
day8 Leave Nairobi at 15:00 by plane
