safari booking

To whom it may concern,

I only planned for the trip in May(3-10) and already bought the flight ticket. I sent out the enquiry directly from this email. Highly appreciate it if you can provide a detailed itinerary and quotation for myself (1 person from China, share tour). Please list detailed hotel options for us to choose and breakdown of costs for each recommended activities or charged transportationand if 3 meals per day are included.

Flight:

Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on May 3rd at 5:40am

Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on May 10th at 01:20 am

Planned Itinerary:

- 2 nights in Amboseli National Park

- 1 night in Lake Naivasha

- 1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park

- 2 nights in Masai Mara National Park

Accommodations:

- we want to stay inside parks to minimize travel time

- stay in lodge / camps

- prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with 3 meals a day

Sample travel plan with accommodations we prefer:

May 3:  

Travel from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park FLight arrival at 5:40am, you can pick me at the airport and then begin our safari tour.

- Amboseli: Ol Tukai Lodge / Kibo Safari Camp (accommodation with view of Mount Kilimanjaro from room is preferred)

May 4: 

Stay at Amboseli National Park

- Amboseli: stay at the same lodge or camp above

May 5: 

Travel from Amboseli to Lake Naivasha, Crescent island

May 6:

Travel from Lake Naivasha to Lake Nakuru 

May 7: 

Travel from Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

- Safari  (No need to the Maasi Village)

- Masai Mara: Camp(hot water, charging port,safe)

May 8:  

Full days safari at Masai Mara National Reserve

Early morning and evening safaris

May 9: 

Travel from Masai Mara to Nairobi, fly back home.

Transportation:

- I want a Land Cruiser for our safari excursions

-provide airport transfer service

Guide:

Please provide me with a guide with rich experience in Kenyan Safaris and good at English, who can quickly locate animals and introduce the animals, and help me find some special scenes. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. I am willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.

I am looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
