I am planning a trip to Kenya and writing to inquire about your professional local tour service. There are 2 people in our group, and we hope to join a small group of 4 or 6 people organized by your team, so that we can share the cost of the safari and other services.

1. Available tour itineraries and travel plans during our stay in Kenya


2. Detailed service content, including transportation, guide service, accommodation and ticket arrangement


3. Quotation and price list for joining a 4-person or 6-person small group


4. Travel safety arrangements and emergency support during the trip


Our trip schedule is confirmed as follows: We will arrive at Nairobi at 06:30 on September 3, 2026 (local time), and our return flight departs at 13:15 on September 10, 2026 (local time).


For accommodation, we prefer to stay in lodges or hotels located inside the national parks and reserves as much as possible. Our preferred hotels are Ol Tukai Lodge, Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge and Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge. As for Maasai Mara, we accept all your recommended lodges subject to availability. Additionally, we would like a comfortable and well-organized travel schedule. Considering our tight return flight schedule, please avoid arranging Maasai Mara as the final stop of the itinerary.
