My family (two adults and one 8-year-old child) is planning a trip to Kenya, and we would like to request a detailed itinerary and quotation. This trip is especially meaningful as we will be celebrating our child’s 8th birthday during the safari.


Flight details:


· Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi: on the 19th at 13:30 (1:30 PM)
· Departure from Nairobi: on the 26th at 15:00 (3:00 PM)


Total duration: 8 days / 7 nights (from arrival on 19th to departure on 26th)


Safari requirements:


· 2 nights in Amboseli National Park
· 2 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve
· Airport transfers: pick-up on the 19th from Nairobi airport, and drop-off on the 26th at Nairobi airport
· The rest of the nights can be arranged in Nairobi or as transitional stays – please propose a logical and comfortable flow


Group:


· 2 adults + 1 child (age 8)
· We would like a mid-range accommodation (tented camp or lodge), family-friendly, safe, and enjoyable for a child


What we would like from you:


1. A day-by-day detailed itinerary including driving distances, game drive times, accommodation names, and activities
2. Cost in USD (total for the group, or per person sharing)
3. Clear inclusions and exclusions (park fees, meals, drinking water, safari vehicle with pop-up roof, etc.)
4. Information about the type of safari vehicle (preferably a 4x4 Land Cruiser for comfort)
5. Any child discount or special rates
