 1. Amboseli National Park: 2 nights at Ol Tukai

 2. Lake Naivasha: 1 night at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort

 3. Lake Nakuru: 1 night at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge

 4. Maasai Mara: 1 night at Sarova Mara Game Camp + 2 nights at Mara Serena

 The quotation must clearly specify the following items:

a. Number of free mineral water bottles provided per person per day

b. Meal arrangements for each day

c. Minimum tip per person per day

d. Daily safari time and duration

e. Whether night game drive or campfire party is included

f. Payment method; deposit amount; how soon we can receive the hotel confirmation voucher after deposit payment; refund policy if we fail to receive the confirmation voucher

g. Hotel replacement policy in case of flight delay or other force majeure

We now confirm that a group of 6?C7 people will arrive in Nairobi on 22 March.


6 people arrive at 7:00 AM on 22 March

1 person arrives at 9:00 PM on 22 March

All 7 people will depart at 15:40 on 29 March.

We require:


3 twin rooms

1 single room

1 vehicle that can seat 7 people with enough space for luggage.

The person arriving in the evening needs a separate airport pickup and a single room.
All flight tickets have been booked.

Please provide us with your best possible price. Since the flights are already confirmed, we hope to finalize the booking as soon as possible to secure the rooms.

We are still considering whether the seventh person will join us, as we are worried that 7 people might be too crowded, and her flight schedule is different from the other 6.

Yes the quote includes boat ride but doesn??t include the walk and bike
ride at hells gate. The walk at crescent island is US$ 33.00, you pay
directly there. The bike at hells gate ?C US$ 70.00.
