a. No one provides a daily supply of mineral water for free; 
b. Daily meal situation;
c. Minimum daily tip per person; 
d. Safari time and duration;
e. Payment method; how long will it take to receive the hotel confirmation after the deposit is paid, and if no confirmation is received, what is the refund method;
f. In case of force majeure events such as flight delays, how can the hotel make accommodations; g. What is the model of the car and when was it purchased
