Hi Muli,

Thanks for your prompt feedback. Just kindly remind you to pay the prepayment if any required by the hotels we reserved. Our hotel reservation needs to be guaranteed given we booked very early.

In terms of the tour, as we discussed before, please arrange your Star Guide with good comments and tour license (we will require to check), and actually loving animals. We observed that there are some negative comments on the guide recently on social media and we hope that it will not happen to us.
Please keep us posted once the safari guide has been determined.

We’re really looking forward to our Kenya safari in September. As the trip is getting closer, we would like to check a few details and make some requests in advance:

Ol Tukai Lodge – Kilimanjaro View
If possible, could you please help us reserve mountain-facing rooms with a view of Mount Kilimanjaro? This would be very important to us, so we would really appreciate it if the request could be noted with the hotel in advance.




Mara Serena Safari Lodge – Room View
For our stay at Mara Serena, could you also please request rooms with the best possible savannah view and a quiet location, subject to availability?




Hotel Change in Maasai Mara
According to the itinerary, we will stay at Mara Maisha Camp on September 30 and Mara Serena Safari Lodge on October 1–2. Could you please confirm how the hotel change will be arranged? Ideally, we hope the luggage transfer/check-in will not take away from our game-drive time.




Lake Naivasha Optional Activities
We noticed that the afternoon of September 29 is free for optional activities. Could you please share the available options, especially the Lake Naivasha boat ride and Crescent Island visit, including the prices and whether advance booking is required?




Maasai Mara Balloon Safari
We have not decided whether to take the balloon safari yet, but we are interested. Could you please let us know which balloon operator you normally work with, the current price, cancellation policy, and whether the operator is licensed by KCAA? We would like to review the information before making a decision.
