Dear Muli,
Thank you for the response. The itinerary looks good. However, we have the following questions.
1. Is it guaranteed that we can get all hotels in the itinerary?
2. After booking the hotels for us, could you send us the screenshots or pictures of the booking confirmation?
3. What types of rooms will we get, and from these rooms what scenes can we see?
4.Does the room in Amboseli offer free cancellation? We find Elewana Tortilis Camp Amboseli is fabulous but have been fully booked, We would gladly transfer our reservation to Elewana immediately should any room become available.
5. If we stay in Masai Mara on July 8, when should we leave for Nairobi in order to catch the flight at 13:50?
6. Can we get a safari vehicle where all windows can be completely open, instead of half-open?
7. Can we have a list of guides with their information given, so that we can choose our guide?
8. Can we have the breakdown of the total costs?
9. Can we visit Masai village in July 6 afternoon？we find this adjustment would better align with our itinerary flow.
10.Can the balloon trip on July 7 ?
11.Is itinerary adjustment possible during the trip if needed?

A patient guide skilled in tracking wildlife is our top priority. Since we can’t find the introduction of guides in your website, could you just share it to us?
Can we change our Game Drive Timing as below?
Day 7: 7 AM–12 PM + 4 PM–7 PM.
Day 8: 8 AM–6 PM.

to be at your hotel by 0630hrs.
Since its private safari you will always agree on the timings with your
guide.
