I hope this message finds you well. My name is QIN, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 6 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in October. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group Size: 6 people

Flights:

l  Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on October 1st at 18:35.

l  Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on October 8th at 20:05.

Itinerary:

We request assistance in arrange a vehicle to depart for Amboseli after our arrival so as to start the second day's itinerary on 1st October.

l  3 nights in Amboseli National Park.

l  Or 3 nights in Amboseli and 1 night in Navasha.

l  1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.

l  3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.

Accommodations:

l  Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.

l  In Nakuru, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

l  In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

l  In Masai Mara, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.

l  We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.

l  Regarding accommodation, if there are better options, please recommend them to us. One or two nights in a luxury hotel is allowed.

Transportation:

l  A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.

l  Provide airport transfer service.

Guide:

l  Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.

Special Requests:

l  We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara, three days would be great.

l  Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.

l  We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.

l  Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.

 

We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 6-person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
