I hope this message finds you well . My name is LAN , and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 2 people from China . We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya ' s stunning landscapes and rich wildlife , and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience . Below , I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in February . We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal .

Group Size : 2 people（We can also accept it if someone joins us to make a 4-person group .）

Flights :

Arrival : Nairobi ' s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on February 22th at 7:30AM.

Departure:hotel located in Nairobi city center on February 27th at 5:00PM.

Accommodations :

 Staying within parks / conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred .● In Naivasha , we are inclined towards staying at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort  ● In Amboseli , we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro .●Below are the hotels we consider quite satisfactory.If you have any good hotel options, feel free to share them.

 A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions .

· Provide airport transfer service .

 Guide :

· Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris , one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes , such as predation . It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals .

 

We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 2- person group , along with hotel recommendations , I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from . Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved .We can also accept it if someone joins us to make a 4-person group . So please provide us with two quotes: one for two people and one for four people.
