I hope this message finds you well. My name is Cicy, safari trip to Kenya for a group of 4/5/6 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and richand we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, l haveoutined our basic inforation and requirements for the trip:your feedback and a detailed proposal.
Group Size: 4/5/6 people
Flights:
Plan A:
Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on July 9 or 11th at 6:50.
Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta intemational Airport on July 18th at 15:40.
Plan B:
Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on July 15th at 6:50.
Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta intemational Airport on July 23th at 15:40.
Itinerary ( Rough Plan ):
2 nights in Amboseli National Park.
1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.
3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.
Accommodations:
1.
Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.
2.
In Nakuru, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
3.
In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
4.
In Masai Mara, we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.
5.
We also request assistance in booking a hotel in Nairobi for the night of our arrival, considering our late flight.
6.
We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.
Transportation:
1.
A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.
2.
Provide airport transfer service.
Guide:
1.
Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.
Special Requests:
1.
We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in Masai Mara.
2.
Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.
3.
We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.
4.
Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.
We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for a 4/5/6 person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.

This is all inclusive quote for you, you will not be paying anything extra
while on safari.
We will be using private 4x4 Safari Landcruiser for the game drives with
English speaking driver guide.
We have rooms available as per your dates of travel, however rooms are
filling up very fast we rather book early to avoid disappointment's.

However, after some consideration, we've decided to shift our focus to Tanzania for experiencing the Great Migration. I am currently planning a 7-day trip to Tanzania with an emphasis on witnessing the spectacular wildlife migration.
Could you kindly provide me with a tailored itinerary that highlights the best spots to observe the Great Migration within Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park? Besides, information about accommodations, meals, transportation, park fees, and any other relevant activities would be much appreciated.
Our group consists of 4 individuals, and we are looking at traveling sometime around 7.21 to 7.27. Please advise if there are specific times during our intended period that would offer the best viewing opportunities for the migration, along with any considerations regarding availability or pricing.
Lastly, could you please provide a detailed quotation based on your proposed itinerary? If there are various service levels available, it would be great to see options across these categories so we can make an informed decision.
Could you also provide some different accommodation choices and also dreakdown price? I also want to know how to pay, once payment or pay deposit first.
