Subject: Itinerary Arrangement and Quotation Request for Kenya Trip

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Mingchen Zou, and me and my two friends are planning a trip to Kenya in April. I would like to request your assistance in arranging the itinerary and providing a quotation for the services.  


 


Here are the details of my trip:  


- **Arrival**: we will arrive in Nairobi on April 10th at 5:00 AM.  


- **Departure**: we will depart from Mombasa on April 17th in the early morning.  


- **Destinations**: The itinerary should include the following locations:  


  - Masai Mara (2 nights)  


  - Amboseli (2 nights)  


  - Naivasha (1 night or as a stopover)  


  - Nakuru (1 night or as a stopover)  


  - Mombasa (2 nights)  


 


I would appreciate it if you could consider the local conditions and suggest any necessary adjustments to the itinerary. For example, if the travel time between destinations requires modifications to the schedule, please feel free to propose changes.  


 


Additionally, I would like to request a detailed quotation for the following:  


1. Accommodation

-Masai Mara: 
Priority: Mara Serena Safari Lodge
Or: PrideInn Mara Camps&Cottages
Nakuru:
Priority: The Cliff
Or: Sarova Lionhill Lodge
Amboseli:
Priority: OI Tukai
Or: KIBO
Mombasa:
Priority: Swahili Beach Resort
Or: Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa
Please notice that we prefer the priority one than the second one in all regions. It’s the best if you could get these accommodations instead and I will be really grateful if you could also send the prices.


2. Transportation (private vehicle with a driver/guide).  


3. Park entry fees and any other applicable charges.  


4. Meals (if included in the package).  


5. Any additional activities (e.g., game drives, boat rides, cultural visits).  


6. About the plan we would like to put seeing animals as the priority and we would like to rest mostly on last 2 nights in Mombasa.


 


Please let me know if you need any further information to finalize the itinerary and quotation. I look forward to your prompt response and hope we can work together to make this trip a memorable one.  I would really appreciate it if you could just give me a rough plan about what you could do with the arrangement. And it’s also the best if you could provide some names of accommodations so we can know better.
