My name is Haoran. I am planning a trip to Kenya and looking for a reliable local operator to arrange our Safari experience. We are a group of 4 to 6 travelers, and we would appreciate it if you could provide us with two separate quotations—one for 4 people and another for 6 people.
The main purpose of our trip is to witness the Great Migration, so we highly expect the itinerary to be optimized for the best possible sightings.

 

Trip Details: 9 Days / 8 Nights

• Arrival: July 22, 06：40 am(Nairobi Airport)

• Departure: July 30，（Nairobi Airport)

• Group Size: Either 4 or 6 people (please quote both options)

1. Quotation should include:

Private 4x4 Safari vehicle (Land Cruiser preferred)

English-speaking driver/guide

All park entry fees(include Boat Safari and hiking tour of Mount Kenya ),accommodation, and 3 meals a day.

Airport transfers (arrival & departure)

 

2. Exclusions: We assume that international flights, personal expenses, and tips are not included, but please confirm.

 

3. Safari Experience: We would like an experienced guide who can maximize our chances of wildlife spotting and provide insightful information about Kenya's ecosystem. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experience.

 

Inquiry on Optional Activities:

We are considering adding the following activities but have not yet decided. Please provide the lowest price per person and advise if they are highly recommended during our trip. Can we decide on-site, or do we need to confirm in advance?

Preferred Accommodation & Itinerary:

Day 01: Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve

- Picked up at Nairobi Airport and transferred to Samburu National Reserve. We hope to see Grevy's zebra, Beisa oryx, blue-legged Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk and various bird species.

- Preferred Accommodation: Sarova Shaba Lodge

 

Day 02: Samburu National Reserve

- Activities: Full-day 4x4 Safari in Samburu National Reserve, observing various animals under the guidance of a guide.

- Preferred Accommodation: Sarova Shaba Lodge

 

Day 03: Samburu National Reserve - Mount Kenya

- Activities: Morning Game Drive after breakfast, then transfer to Mount Kenya Safari Club, followed by a hiking tour of Mount Kenya in the afternoon.

- Preferred Accommodation: Fairmont Mt.Kenya Safari Club

 

Day 04: Mount Kenya - Lake Naivasha

- Depart at 7:00 AM for Lake Naivasha, check in to the hotel, have lunch and rest for a while. From 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, take a boat Safari on Lake Naivasha, and we hope to see the scene of fish eagles feeding.

Day 05: Lake Naivasha - Maasai Mara

- Activities: Transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve after breakfast.

- Preferred Accommodation: Mara Sarova Camp Club Tent

 

Day 06: Maasai Mara

- Activities: All-day immersive Safari, looking for savanna flora and fauna as well as traces of large-scale animal migration under the guidance of a guide.

- Preferred Accommodation: Mara Sarova Camp Club Tent

 

Day 07: Maasai Mara

- Activities: Explore Maasai Mara in depth all day with a packed lunch, hoping to witness the scene of animal groups crossing the Mara River; we hope to participate in Hot Air Balloon Safari in the morning.

- Preferred Accommodation: Mara Sarova Camp Club Tent

 

Day 08: Maasai Mara - Nairobi

- Activities: Return to Nairobi after breakfast, have lunch at the hotel in the noon, and rest in the afternoon. Enjoy dinner at the hotel in the evening.

- Preferred Accommodation: Safari Park Hotel

 

Day 09: Nairobi - Return

- Return to Nairobi, after lunch at noon, you can take us to local souvenir markets or shops for shopping, and finally transfer us to the international airport to end the trip.

(We hope to stay at the hotels we have chosen; these hotels are our favorite style. If they are not available, you can arrange hotels of the same level, same type and same style.)
