We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in June. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Date: Dec 27th 2025 ?C Jan 4th 2026

Flights:

Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 19:35 on Dec 27th 2025.
Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 16:45 on Jan 4th 2026.

Itinerary:

2 nights in Amboseli National Park.
2 night in Lake Nakuru National Park.
3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve.

Accommodations:

Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.
I have listed our preferred choices as below, but if no available room to fit the journey, pls also help to recommend same range accommodations.
Amboseli: we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro, OI Tukai, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge will be preferred choices.
Nakuru: we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.
Masai Mara: we desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities. Serena Lodge, Mara Maisha Camp, Mara Intrepids will be preferred choices.
We also request assistance in booking a hotel in Nairobi for the night of our arrival, considering our late flight.
We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.

Transportation:

A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.
Provide airport transfer service.

Guide:

Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.

Special Requests:

We wish for at least 3 days of safari activities in Masai Mara.
We are interested in early morning game drive.
Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.

We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 4-person group. I would appreciate having different quotation based on the mixed hotel options to choose from.
