We are full of expectations to explore Kenya’s magnificent natural scenery and rich wildlife, and we believe your travel agency can provide us with a perfect experience. 1. Travel Time: We are scheduled to arrive at Nairobi Airport on the morning of July 22, 2026, and we need to be sent back to Nairobi on July 29, 2026 (airport pick-up and drop-off services are required).

2 nights at Amboseli National Park (July 22 and July 23)


1 night at Lake Naivasha and Crescent Island on July 24


1 night at Lake Nakuru National Park on July 25


3 nights at Masai Mara National Reserve from July 26 to July 28


Return to Nairobi on July 29

4. Accommodation Requirements:

We hope to stay inside the park/reserve to reduce commuting time.


We need one room per night, preferably a mid-range to luxury lodge/camp with guaranteed hot water for bathing. As a popular travel season, we understand the high demand for accommodations, and we hope to secure comfortable stays that meet these basic requirements.


We prefer all-inclusive accommodations that include three meals a day. Our preferred accommodations are as follows: Amboseli: Ol Tukai, Amboseli Sopa Lodge, Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge Lake Nakuru: Sopa Lodge Masai Mara: Serena Safari Lodge If the above accommodations are fully booked, we are also willing to accept other mid-range to luxury accommodations with superior locations, clean and tidy environments, excellent views and quality meals.

5. Tour Guide: Please arrange a tour guide with rich experience in Kenya safari and fluent English. We hope he/she can quickly locate animals and explain relevant knowledge to us. We are happy to share a safari vehicle with another two adults who have the same itinerary.
6. Safari Activities: We hope to arrange at least 2 full days of safari activities in Masai Mara, and we do not plan to visit Masai villages.
7. Hot Air Balloon Experience: We would like to know if it is possible to arrange a hot air balloon ride to view animals. We have learned that the hot air balloon experience in Masai Mara is quite spectacular, especially during the July-August peak season, and we are looking forward to this unique experience if available.
