We found your company through safaribookings and are very interested in your professional safari services. We are planning a trip to Kenya and would like you to provide us with a detailed quotation based on the following information.



1. Passenger Information:



?? Number of Pax: 2 Adults

?? Arrival: 8th October 2025 (Wednesday) at 14:25, arriving at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO)

?? Departure: 17th October 2025 (Friday) at 08:10, flying out from Nairobi Airport (to Egypt)

?? Therefore, the full safari duration is: afternoon of 8th Oct - full day of 16th Oct.



2. Desired Itinerary Outline: We hope the itinerary can cover the following classic parks,but the order can be optimized based on your professional advice:



?? Amboseli National Park - (2Night)

?? Sweetwaters / Ol Pejeta Conservancy - (1 Night)

?? Lake Nakuru National Park - (1 Night)

?? Lake Naivasha - (1 Night): We would like to include a boat ride and a walking safari at Crescent Island.

?? Masai Mara National Reserve - (3 Nights): We wish to have sufficient time here, including a full-day game drive or multiple morning/afternoon drives.



3. Special Requests & Preferences:



?? Accommodation: Please recommend Comfort Level lodges or tented camps, preferably with en-suite bathrooms and reliable hot water.

?? Transportation: We prefer a Private 4x4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof, radio, and fridge. We require an experienced, English-speaking driver/guide.

?? Important Note: We do NOT wish to include a visit to a Maasai Village. We prefer to dedicate all our game drive time to wildlife viewing and natural scenery.

?? Meals: Please include all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) during the safari in the quote.

?? Other: Please include all national park entrance fees and conservancy fees in the quotation.



4. Quotation should include: Please provide a detailed breakdown of the cost,clearly stating what is included and excluded.



5.If you have better and more cost-effective nine-day safari recommendations, we would be delighted to receive your suggestions.And we can accommodate group safari of four people and would appreciate a plan and cost.
