We are planning a safari trip to Kenya in early May 2025 and are very interested in your services. We have drafted a preliminary itinerary outline and would like to request a detailed quotation and an optimized itinerary based on it.

1. Basic Information:

Travelers & Language: 2 adults, English speaking.
Travel Dates: Starting from Nairobi on May 3, 2025, and returning to Nairobi on May 8, 2025 (6 days & 5 nights).
Vehicle Preference: Considering the rainy season road conditions, please confirm if the vehicle will be a proper 4x4 Safari Jeep equipped with rainy-season safety gear such as tire chains. We are open to joining a high-quality small group safari, but we must be guaranteed window seats at all times.
Accommodation Preference: We would like a mix of Lodges and Permanent Tented Camps for the experience, targeting the Comfort/Mid-range category. For the Masai Mara, we prefer accommodation inside the reserve.

2. Proposed Itinerary Draft (For your assessment & optimization):

D1 (May 3): Nairobi → Amboseli. Early start to avoid traffic, afternoon game drive.
D2 (May 4): Full day in Amboseli. Morning wetland safari + evening game drive.
D3 (May 5): Amboseli → Lake Bogoria. Long drive, visit the lake & geysers in the afternoon.
D4 (May 6): Lake Bogoria → Masai Mara. Depart after morning photography, afternoon game drive upon arrival.
D5 (May 7): Full day in Masai Mara. Full-day game drive focusing on the Mara River area. We wish to book a Maasai Warrior Walking Safari (approx. 2 hours).
D6 (May 8): Masai Mara → Nairobi. Final morning game drive before departure.

3. Key Concerns & Special Requests:

Credential Verification: Is your company a registered member of the Kenya Association of Tour Operators (KATO)? If possible, please provide your membership number for our verification.
Rainy Season Contingency Plans: We are aware May is the start of the rainy season. Please provide "wet weather backup plans" for our itinerary. For example:
If prolonged heavy rain severely impacts a game drive, are there alternative activities or indoor options?
For the long drive from Bogoria to Masai Mara on D4 (especially on dirt sections), if the road condition becomes impassable due to rain, do you have alternative routes or transport solutions (e.g., adjusting the itinerary order) to ensure safety and feasibility?
Quotation Details: Please provide a detailed breakdown including:
A day-by-day detailed itinerary.
Specific names of the proposed hotels/camps and room types for each night.
A complete list of what is INCLUDED and EXCLUDED (please explicitly state if all park fees, meals, and drinking water are covered).
Recommended tipping guidelines for the driver-guide.
