Hi,

We booked your package in September with several nights at hotel Mara Serena Safari Lodge. However, we heard that there was several times when some guests check in, the hotel said that the room is all full and there are no room for them, even though they already booked in advance.

So we would like to check that when we check in, we can get the room that we booked?

Or if the hotel is full, is there anything you can do for us?
