It's Travis writing to you to ask for a Kenya Safari Trip Inquiry.The trip will start from 26th September 2026. We'll be a group of 6 people, so ideally we want 3 twin rooms. If that's not possible, 2 triple rooms would also work ?? just let me know if that ends up being the case.
I've put together a rough plan below, but I'm very happy to take your advice on it ?? especially when it comes to routing and lodge choices. I know you're the expert, so please feel free to tweak things where it makes sense.

To help me move forward, there are a few things I'm hoping you could kindly provide:
1.A proper itinerary ?? just so I can get a clear picture of the daily schedule, game drive timings, and how the transfers work between places.
2.A full breakdown of costs ?? accommodation, park fees, transport, meals, anything else I should be aware of.
3.Some info on the lodges ?? if any of the ones I've listed aren't available or end up being above what I had in mind, I'd really appreciate it if you could suggest alternatives and give me a quick sense of what they're like and where they're located.
Some accommodation requests??
For Naivasha, I only want to stay at Lake Naivasha SOPA Resort; I don??t want to stay at any other hotels.
For other locations, we can adjust the hotels based on our budget.
For Amboseli, I??d prefer a hotel closer to Nairobi so we can get an early start on October 3 to catch our flight.
4.Chinese-speaking guide ?? if you have one available, that would be brilliant ?? makes things a bit easier for us. But if not, no worries at all. My main priority is comfort and safety, so I just want to make sure everything is well arranged and we feel well looked after.
5.Vehicle Selection??We want to balance comfort and aesthetics, so we prefer pop-up roof 4x4 vehicle
I'll be travelling with a few friends, so we're hoping to find a good balance between comfort and authenticity without going over the top. I trust your judgment on what works best on the ground.
and BTW,Our budget is $2,500 per person; please don??t go over it by too much. If the budget is exceeded significantly, you may also consider providing an itinerary that does not include accommodation for September 26.
