My name is Serena, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for a group of 3 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience.

Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in July. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group Size: 2 adults 1 child (12 years old girl)

Flights:

??Arrival: Nairobi, July 20, 2025

??Departure: Nairobi, July 30, 2025

Itinerary:

We want to visit Samburu(2 days)/Lake Naivasha/Lake Nakuru/Masai Mara( 3 days)/Amboseli(2 days).

Accommodations: (twin bed room)

We'd like to reserve mid-range hotels that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.

In Samburu and Masai Mara, staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred. We desire lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.

In Nakuru, we are inclined towards staying at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

In Amboseli, we seek accommodations with views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

We also request assistance in booking a hotel in Nairobi suitable for shopping.

I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from.

Transportation:

A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions. Provide airport transfer service.

Guide:

??Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals.

Special Requests:

We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive. Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.
