Hope this message finds you well. I'm Jade and I'm interested in Kenya safari. I'm very excited about the possibility of exploring the stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and I believe your agency could provide me and my friends with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in May. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.




Group Size: 2 people at least




MAY 1: NAIROBI -> SAMBURU, afternoon game drive

MAY 2: SAMBURU full day

MAY 3: SAMBURU -> ABERDARE

MAY 4: ABERDARE Dragon's Teeth hiking -> NAIVASHA

MAY 5: HELLSGATE cycling&hiking??NAIVASHA -> MASAI MARA (with night safari if possible)

MAY 6: MASAI MARA full day

MAY 7: MASAI MARA full day

MAY 8: After morning game drive, MASAI MARA -> NAIROBI

MAY 9: 10:00??12:00 Fairview Estate coffee tour??14:00~16:00 national museum??cafes&shops&city exploration -> DEPARTURE FLIGHT??May 10th 00:30??




Accommodations:

- In Serengeti or Masai Mara & Samburu, we want economic lodgings that facilitate easy access to safari activities.

- In Naivasha, we are inclined towards staying at MuthIn Naivasha, we are inclined towards staying at Muthu Lake Country Club or similar lodges.

- In Aberdare/Nairobi??economic lodges would be great.

- We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.




Transportation:

- Prefer a pop-top Roof Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.

- Provide airport transfer service.




Guide:

- Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals.




Special Requests:

- We wish for at least two full days of safari activities in MaasaiMara.

- Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.

- We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.




We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 2-person and a 4-person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
