Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Jona Huang, and I am writing to inquire about a customized Kenya safari for a group of 4-5 Chinese travelers (including my boyfriend and me, plus 2-3 potential travel partners). Our key goals are to witness the Great Migration in Masai Mara and enjoy unobstructed views of Mount Kilimanjaro. We trust your professional experience to arrange a memorable trip and welcome your itinerary optimization suggestions. Below are our detailed requirements.

1. Group & Flight Information

• Group Size: 4-5 pax (seeking a favorable group rate).

• Arrival: Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Sep 12 (local time); exact arrival time to be confirmed and notified later.

• Departure: Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Sep 20 (local time); exact departure time to be confirmed and notified later.

2. Itinerary & Accommodation

Total Duration: 9 days 8 nights (Sep 12-Sep 20), with official safari from Sep 13-Sep 19. Accommodation arrangement is as follows:

• Amboseli National Park: 2 nights (mid-to-high-end accommodation with unobstructed views of Mount Kilimanjaro; recommend well-established, searchable options or top safari brand properties).

• Lake Naivasha: 1 night (mid-to-high-end, easily bookable; we propose replacing Lake Nakuru with Lake Naivasha for better itinerary connection and richer accommodation options).

• Masai Mara National Reserve: 3 nights (mid-to-high-end, close to Mara River for Great Migration observation).

• Nairobi: 2 nights (mid-to-high-end, with convenient airport transfers): Sep 12-13 (for post-arrival rest) and Sep 19-20 (for pre-departure rest).

Accommodation Requirements: All are mid-to-high-end and all-inclusive (3 meals a day). Please provide quoted prices (tax-included) for Sep 12-20. For each recommended property, include room type, view, facilities, all-inclusive details and per person per night tax-included price.

3. Transportation

• Safari Vehicle: A 4-5-seater Land Cruiser with ample space, sunroof (for photography) and comfortable seating.

• Airport Transfers: Round-trip service (pick-up on Sep 12, drop-off on Sep 20); driver must be punctual and familiar with routes.

• Inter-city/Park Transfers: Safe and comfortable vehicles; maximum 5 hours of long-distance driving per day to avoid fatigue.

4. Guide Requirements

Please arrange a senior guide with extensive Kenyan safari experience, who is:

• Skilled at tracking the Great Migration (wildebeest crossings at Mara River) and locating wild animals/predation scenes.

• Familiar with local wildlife ecology and able to share related knowledge.

• Patient, considerate, and flexible in adjusting itineraries based on weather, animal activities and our needs.

We will offer above-standard tips for a satisfactory experience.

5. Special Requests

• Masai Mara: At least 2 full days of safari, including early-morning (peak animal activity) and sunset (ideal for photography) game drives.

• Arrange safe stargazing/Milky Way observation opportunities (prefer accommodations with unobstructed night sky views).

• Arrange a night safari (if permitted) or additional early-morning game drives to maximize wildlife viewing chances.

• Include a visit to the Great Rift Valley (with ample viewing/photography time); exclude Maasai village visits.

• Optimize the itinerary based on Sep 13-19 migration routes and animal activity to maximize chances of seeing the Great Migration and Big Five, with proper Mount Kilimanjaro viewing arrangements.

6. Proposal & Quotation Needs

• A detailed daily itinerary (departure/arrival times, safari duration, meals, rest periods).

• Separate quotations for 4-pax and 5-pax groups, with detailed cost breakdown (no hidden costs).

• Professional itinerary optimization suggestions.

• Kenya travel tips for Sep (weather, clothing, packing list, visa info, Great Migration observation tips).

Thank you for your attention. We look forward to your reply and cooperation to plan an unforgettable Kenya safari.

Best regards,

Jona Huang
