1、We hope to arrange a night game drive during our stay at Serena Mara Lodge. Could you kindly let us know whether we need to make a reservation in advance or book it directly on site? Also, would you please quote the relevant cost per person?
2、This journey is our honeymoon trip, so accommodation is particularly important to us. We sincerely hope to stay in the originally scheduled hotels without any replacement or adjustment. Please kindly confirm the room availability and fully guarantee our reserved hotels.
3、Many local tour operators provide free binoculars for guests during safari activities. We are wondering if you could also offer complimentary binoculars for our trip, and kindly advise how many binoculars can be provided for our group.
4、We have noticed some unsatisfactory feedback regarding the guide John online, which greatly affected other travelers’ experience. To ensure we have a pleasant journey, we would be grateful if we could be arranged with our preferred guides: Peter (heavier build) or Martin (slim build).
5、Could you please inform us of your available payment methods, the required deposit amount, as well as the specific policy for trip modification and cancellation?
6、The current quotation is USD 1985 per person. As there are four of us traveling together for our honeymoon, would it be possible to offer us a little special discount？

I have the following questions regarding the invoice you sent:
The postcode on the invoice is inconsistent with the postcode on the stamp. Please confirm and correct it.
The tour reference on the invoice states February, but our travel date is June. Please revise it accordingly.
Oltukai Lodge is booked for two nights on the invoice, but we only need one night and will not be staying for two nights. Please amend this.
