Dear friends,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Lia, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya for 4 people from China. The price should include all entrance fees.We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a breakdown quotation for every item.

Two twin rooms. We prefer mid-range accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day(hot meals would be preferred).
Here is the list of camps/lodges/hotels we prefer. Please note that all hotels should provide the pricing for two twin beds.If you have other quality accommodations at an affordable price, please do not hesitate to recommend them to us.

1/14:Amboseli
1. Oi Tukai, would be the best, and please reverse the first row of camps for us, ensure we have the best views of Mount Kilimanjaro. 2. Kibo safari camp   3.Saoto Elerai Camp.

Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort would be the best. If this resort has no room, you can recommend other accommodations for me,please list them and provide the relevant pricing information.

1/17-1/19:  3 night in Masai Mara NR
Olkinyei Mara Tented Camp
(we hope choose the hotel outside the park to avoid the entrance fees.)

1/20:  1 night in Lake Nakuru NP
Lake Nakuru Sopa

Transportation:
A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.
Please tell me how many people are in one car?

Guide:
Please let me know the prices for Chinese-speaking and English-speaking tour guides.

I heard that Chinese-speaking tour guides are very expensive.

Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation, one who are very outgoing and good at communication. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.

I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
Thank you very much for considering our inquiry. We are eager to hear back from you
and hopefully start planning an unforgettable journey.

Best regards,
Lia
