Dear Sir or Madam,
We are planning a combined safari trip to Tanzania and a gorilla trekking experience in Uganda/Rwanda in mid-January 2026 and would like to request a detailed itinerary and quotation.
Note on Day 8 onwards: If your agency does not handle the Uganda/Rwanda portion of the trip, please ignore Day 8 onwards and provide a quotation for the Tanzania portion (Day 1-8), concluding the itinerary with the transfer from Ngorongoro to either Arusha (ARK) or Kilimanjaro (JRO) International Airport on Day 8.
We are a party of two (2) people, and our target start date is in mid-January 2026, with a few days of flexibility either side (e.g., start from January 17, +/- 3 days will ok). We have outlined our preferred itinerary below in the attached figure, based on our research.
********Key Requirements and Preferences***********
1. Vehicle: A reliable and new Land Cruiser (4x4) for all safari excursions in Tanzania, including pop-up roof, plus necessary airport/lodge transfers.
2. Guide: A very experienced guide (>10 years) with extensive knowledge of the Serengeti and Ngorongoro ecosystems, capable of tracking animals effectively, and sharing engaging stories and information.
3. Accommodation Options: Please provide multiple hotel options (at least 2-3 per location) for each accommodation category (Mid-range in all places, both mid-range/Luxury in Ngorongoro) so we can choose based on preference and specific location within the parks.
4. Inclusions: The quotation should clearly state inclusions such as all park fees, gorilla trekking permits (for Bwindi), accommodations, all meals (as typical for a safari), domestic flight (Dar-Seronera), and the suggested flight/transfer for Day 8 (Ngorongoro area to Kigali).

Finally, we are particularly interested in maximizing our time near the Great Migration calving area in Ndutu during this period. As you are the expert, please offer any advice or suggestions on this revised itinerary. Do you foresee us missing any particularly beautiful scenes or worthwhile experiences due to these changes?
Please let us know if you require any further information. We look forward to receiving your detailed itinerary proposal and pricing.
Thank you very much.
Best regards,
Wenqi LIU
