My name is Bernard and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip in Kenya for 2 people. Below please find our travel information and requirements for the trip.
Flights:
Arrival: Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on 1 October 2025 at 6:05 am
Departure: Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on 7 October 2025 at 23:59 pm
Itinerary:
1 Oct (Nakuru): Nairobi-Nakuru, game drives
2 Oct (Maasai Mara): Left Nakuru after breakfast and go to Maasai Mara, game drives in the afternoon
3 Oct (Maasai Mara): Maasai Mara: game drives
4 Oct (Maasai Mara): Maasai Mara: game drives
5 Oct (Naivasha): Left Maasai Mara after breakfast and visit Naivasha, boat ride
6 Oct (Amboseli): Left Naivasha after breakfast and go to Amboseli, game drives in the afternoon
7 Oct (Amboseli-Nairobi): Game drive in the morning, back to Nairobi in the afternoon
Accommodations:
We want to stay inside parks to minimize travel time
We want to stay at mid-range lodge/camps or Luxury
We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with 3 meals a day, don’t prefer lunchbox
Perferred:
Nakuru: Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge; Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge
Maasai Mara: Mara Sarova; Mara Serena
Naivasha: Lake Naivasha Sopa lodge; Lake Naiwasha country club
Amboseli: Ol tukai Lodge; Kibo Safari Camp
If the names above is fully booked, please kindly provide recommendations that is mid-range to luxury and is clean.
Transportation:
We want a Land Cruiser.
Special Requests:
Please arrange early morning game drive if possible.
In Maasai Mara, we want to live in 2 different accommodations
We don’t want to visit Maasai villages
Don’t plan to visit any place in Nairobi.
Please kindly provide a detailed itinerary and quotations for 2 people including accommodations, transportations, park fee, and any relevant details. Please list the price according to our accommodations preference respectively (as long as they are available) and we would like to choose accordingly.

Person will be US$ 3,300.00 based on 2 pax. This is all inclusive quote for
you, you will not be paying anything extra while on safari.
We will be using a private 4x4 Safari Landcruiser for the game drives with
English speaking driver guide.
Kindly note that we can always customize packages to suite your budget /
interests.

Can you provide a cost breakdown as current quote is above our budge and we would need to reconsider about accomodations or itinerary (but don't want to skip game drive).
Aware that if we change mara sarova to pride inn maraIf can save 70 per night per person, what about if we change Mara Serena to pride inn as well? If you have any other suggestion to bring down cost, pls kindly advise.

Just double confirm, if we change accomotaiton in Masai Mara from 1 night Serena+ 2 night Sarova to 3 night in pride inn mara we woudl save a total of $355 (70*2+215) per person, right?
For accomotaiton in other places, do you have recommendations that is avaiailable and cheaper? Pls let me know, many thanks.
