Hi Team,

Happy New Year 2026 and best wishes to you all!
I’m Xuehui from China. As the new year gets underway, we have started planning our Kenya trip for late September to early October 2026, and kindly request your detailed itinerary and quotation based on the following requirements and preferences. Many thanks in advance, and we look forward to your prompt reply.
1. Travel Basic Information

* Arrival: 6:50 am on 25th September at Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta Airport

* Departure: 13:25 on 5th October

* Pax: 4 adults (no children)

2. Destinations & Travel Preferences

* Confirmed Destinations: Amboseli National Park, Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Naivasha (including Crescent Island), Samburu National Reserve, other recommendations on the road please provide in itinerary.

* Optional Destinations: Lake Bogoria / Lake Elementaita (subject to flamingo sightings at Lake Nakuru or Amboseli)

* Sequence Flexibility: The order of destinations is flexible, but we prioritize minimizing travel time on the road and maximizing safari experiences.

* Key Timing Request: As 1st October to 7th October is a public holiday in China, we would like to complete the Amboseli and Masai Mara segments before 1st October to avoid the crowds.

3. Meals & Accommodation

* Meals: Full board (all meals included). Please advise if there are any limitations on drinking water (e.g., availability of bottled water or filtered water).

* Accommodation Requirements:

Please confirm your ability to secure bookings for the following preferred hotels (our top priority, and we have low acceptance for substitutions unless unavoidable):

* Ashnil Samburu Camp (2 nights)

* Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge (1 night, or equivalent 4/5-star hotel near Lake Nakuru, subject to flamingo viewing locations)

* Mara Serena Safari Lodge (3 nights in Masai Mara)

* Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge (required, 1 night)

*
Ol Tukai Lodge (required, with Kilimanjaro view, 2 nights)

If backup options are needed, please provide equivalent mid-range (or higher) clean hotels within the national reserves/parks for our review.
4. Safari & Vehicle Requirements

* Vehicle: 4x4 Land Cruiser (safari-ready, with open roof preferred for photography)

* Safari Schedule: Early morning safaris and sunset safaris are mandatory. Please ensure sunset safaris do not end too early before dusk. We are also open to trying 1 night safari (if available and safe).

*
Guide: An experienced, English-speaking guide/driver is required. The guide should have extensive knowledge of wildlife behavior, proven ability to locate animals efficiently, and expertise in finding optimal photography spots.

5. Additional Requests

*
Please advise the standard tipping guidelines for guides/drivers. We are happy to pay double of the standard tip if we are fully satisfied with the service.

* In your reply, kindly provide:

* A detailed day-by-day itinerary (including travel routes, safari durations, and accommodation stays)

* A breakdown of the total price (e.g., accommodation, vehicle, guide, meals, park fees, etc.)

* The required prepayment percentage and payment terms

Thank you for your attention to these details. Please feel free to reach out if you need further clarification. Email communication is preferred.
