Inquiry for Customized Safari Trip to Kenya and Tanzania

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Katrina, and I am reaching out to inquire about organizing a customized safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania for a group of 4-6 people from China. We are very excited about the possibility of exploring Kenya and Tanzania 's stunning landscapes and rich wildlife, and we believe your agency could provide us with the perfect experience. Below, I have outlined our basic information and requirements for the trip planned in May. We would greatly appreciate your feedback and a detailed proposal.

Group Size: 4-6 people

Flights:

l  Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on April 29th at 23:00.

l  Departure: Kilimanjaro International Airport on May 10th at 18:10.

Itinerary:

l  Day 1 (April 30):

Meet the guide at a hotel near Nairobi Airport. Spend the morning purchasing supplies and exchanging currency near the hotel. Visit Hell's Gate National Park for cycling and hiking, and visit the East African Rift Valley viewpoint. Return to the hotel near the airport or Nairobi.

l  Day 2 (May 1):
Travel to Amboseli National Park in the morning and rest in Amboseli.

l  Day 3 (May 2):
Cross the border to Tanzania in the afternoon , and head to Arusha for rest.

l  Day 4 (May 3):
Travel to Tarangire National Park and rest in Tarangire or nearby.

l  Day 5 (May 4):
Travel to the central part of Serengeti National Park.

l  Day 6 (May 5):
Spend the day in the central part of Serengeti National Park.

l  Day 7 (May 6):
Travel from the central to the northern part of Serengeti National Park.

l  Day 8 (May 7):

Spend the day the northern part of Serengeti National Park (near the Mara River).

l  Day 9 (May 8):
Head to Karatu Town for rest (near Ngorongoro Crater, about 1.5 hours away from the crater).

l  Day 10 (May 9):
Take a day trip to Ngorongoro Crater from Karatu. Return to Karatu for the night.

l  Day 11 (May 10):
Travel from Karatu to Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure.

Accommodations:

l  Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred.

l  We also request assistance in booking a hotel near Nairobi Airport for the night of our arrival, considering our late flight.

l  We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with two or three meals a day.

l  Mid-range accommodation. If it is a camp, We would prefer one with raised platforms.

Transportation:

l  A Land Cruiser for our safari excursions.

l  Please provide photos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle, and ensure that the vehicle is in good condition.

Guide:

l  Please provide us with  guides who have many years of experience in Kenyan and Tanzania safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals.

Special Requests:

l  Opportunities to observe the night sky and the Milky Way are desired.

l  We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.

l  Visiting the Great Rift Valley is on our list, but we do not plan to visit Maasai villages.

l  Cost Breakdown: A detailed list of all included expenses, such as accommodation, transportation, park entrance fees (please specify if breakfast??lunch or dinner are included at each hotel).

 

We are looking forward to a detailed itinerary and a quotation for both a 4-person ??a 5-person group and a 6-person group, along with hotel recommendations, I would appreciate having several hotel options to choose from. Please do not hesitate to provide professional advice if there are any aspects of our plan that could be improved.
