We are eager to discover Kenya’s spectacular savanna scenery and diverse wildlife, and we trust your safari company can arrange a wonderful tailored travel experience for us. Below I list our basic travel information and core requirements for our trip scheduled in May 2027. We would highly appreciate it if you could send us a complete travel plan and official quotation.


Basic Group & Time Info


Group Size: 4–5 people
Planned Travel Window: Mid-to-late May 2027 (we can adjust exact arrival & departure dates based on your recommended itinerary)
Airport: All flights will arrive and depart from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi. We will confirm precise flight times once we receive your itinerary draft.


Preferred Itinerary Layout


We hope to cover classic wildlife parks during our trip, with a balanced schedule:


• 2 nights in Amboseli National Park (to view Mount Kilimanjaro and elephant herds)


• 1 night in Lake Nakuru National Park (for flamingo and rhino sightings)


• 3 nights in Masai Mara National Reserve (the core highlight of our safari)
We also hope to arrange a short stop to visit the Great Rift Valley viewing point on our transit route. We do NOT plan to visit Maasai cultural villages.


Accommodation Requirements


1. We prioritize lodges & tented camps located inside parks or protected zones to cut down long daily driving time.


2. For Amboseli: We require accommodation with direct views of Mount Kilimanjaro.


3. For Lake Nakuru: Prefer high-quality lakeside lodges such as Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge, and welcome alternative comparable options.


4. For Masai Mara: We want lodges with convenient access to daily game drives.


5. Since our flight arrival time may be late, please recommend a comfortable hotel in central Nairobi for our arrival night.


6. All safari lodges should offer all-inclusive packages covering daily breakfast, lunch and dinner.


Transportation & Guide Service


1. Dedicated private Land Cruiser for all daily safari game drives and inter-park transfers.


2. Complimentary round-trip airport transfer service in Nairobi.


3. Assign an experienced local safari guide with rich wildlife tracking experience. We hope the guide can efficiently spot wildlife including hunting/predation scenes, and share professional knowledge and interesting stories about local fauna. We are prepared to pay generous tips for outstanding service.


Special Safari Requests


1. Arrange a minimum of two full days of game drives inside Masai Mara.


2. Schedule early morning game drives (the best window for animal activity). Night safari is a bonus if permitted in the reserves.


3. We hope to have clear sky stargazing opportunities to view the Milky Way during our stay in the parks, away from city light pollution.
