Inquiry for a Customized 10-Day Safari Tour in Kenya and Tanzania

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about a customized Private safari tour in Kenya and Tanzania for three adults. We are planning to arrive at Nairobi Airport on the morning of August 31st and depart from Kilimanjaro Airport. We are interested in a 10-day itinerary that includes mid-range accommodations with a few luxury options when necessary.
Our tour preferences are as follows:

Vehicle: We would like a pop-up roof 4x4 vehicle for optimal wildlife viewing. Please include photos of the vehicle and information on whether it is equipped with charging ports and binoculars.

Accommodation and Itinerary:

Amboseli National Park: Preferred accommodations at Kibo Safari Camp (specifically rooms 21, 22, or 23) or Ol Tukai Lodge.

Tarangire National Park: A night safari is a must for our visit; therefore, we prefer accommodations that offer this activity. The preferred accommodation is Tarangire Sopa Lodge. If Tarangire Sopa Lodge does not provide a night safari, please suggest alternative accommodation that do.

Ngorongoro Crater: Prefer the Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge.

Serengeti National Park: A three-day stay, exploring the central and northern Serengeti. We are particularly interested in experiencing the Wildebeest Migration. So our accommodation need to stay close to the Mara River at least one day. Additionally, we would like to partake in a Hot Air Balloon Safari in northern Serengeti with Serengeti Balloon Safaris or Miracle.

While the accommodations mentioned are our initial preferences, they are not mandatory. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide several other accommodation options for each location.

The timeline is flexible, and we are only interested in visiting the locations mentioned; approximately 10 days would be ideal, your plan days can be fewer or more.

We are committed to experiencing a Hot Air Balloon Safari in the northern Serengeti. Considering the typical pricing is around $600, could you possibly negotiate a discounted rate, ideally around $400+?

To facilitate daily travel, we accept to stay in three different accommodations across the three days within Serengeti to minimize driving times each day.
