My name is Elsie, and I am writing to inquire about a 7-day safari in Kenya this August. My travel plans are still tentative, but I would like to share my initial ideas and gather some information from your team.

Here are the details of my planned trip:


Arrival: I will arrive in Nairobi on August 9th at 6:00 AM.



Departure: My flight departs from Nairobi on August 16th at 1:00 PM.



Destinations of interest: I would like to visit Amboseli National Park, Masai Mara, and Lake Nakuru during this time.


I have a few specific preferences for the safari:


Hot Air Balloon Ride: I would like the itinerary to include a hot air balloon experience (if possible, with the cost included in the overall package).



Vehicle: We prefer a newer, well-maintained 4-person Land Cruiser for comfort and reliability.



Accommodation:



We would prefer lodges or camps located inside the national parks or reserves to maximize wildlife viewing and convenience.



It would be great if you could provide a few different accommodation options in each region (e.g., Amboseli, Masai Mara, and Lake Nakuru) for us to consider, ranging from mid-range to slightly higher-end, depending on availability and pricing.


Currently, there are two of us traveling together. However, if needed, we are open to joining a group to share the costs.

A suggested itinerary based on the above preferences.



A detailed quotation that clearly outlines what is included in the cost (e.g., park fees, vehicle, driver/guide, meals, accommodation, activities like the hot air balloon, and any applicable taxes).



Information on what is not included, such as tips, drinks, or personal expenses, so we can better plan our budget.


Additionally, if you have any recommendations or alternative suggestions, I’d be happy to hear them.
